In what was called the Stangers Gallery on the west wall is the Jesse Window by Clayton and Bell 1872. Given in memory of James Taylor’s wife Jane, of Whitley Hall |

The Jesse Window is on the west wall above what was called the 'Strangers Gallery' now our information area. It was made by Clayton and Bell and put in by James Taylor of Whitley Hall, in memory of his wife Jane who died December 16th 1872. |
